Diet: Day One.

Maybe diet’s are harder than I thought . Only because my main problem is that I constantly snack . And I found the milkshakes quite disgusting too , which isn’t really a plus for me .

Though , I did make up a healthy snack before . .
1 x banana
2 x rice crackers with light philli and tomato .

I have those nicorette* patches that I’ve been meaning to start using . But I think I might have just one more durry before I start . .
